What it's about

Partners Group's Client Solutions UK team is seeking a driven, client-focused and collaborative professional based in London. With a leading position in the UK market we have built deep networks resulting in a strong fundraising track record. In order to further strengthen our market position, we are looking for a Senior Support Professional.
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting Client Relationship Managers with investment proposals
  • Creating tailored, persuasive and high-quality marketing materials including presentations, performance reports and RFPs
  • Acting as a first point of contact for existing investors to assist with their queries
  • Work collaboratively with Partners Group internal teams – specifically: investment professionals, client service, RFP, and other institutional sales members to facilitate timely responses to consultant and client requests
  • Tracking consultant and client investment allocation activity in the market
  • Building successful partnerships with internal and external stakeholders such as service providers
  • Becoming an expert in private markets and Partners Group's platform, products and investment strategies across asset classes
  • Gaining professional and technical knowledge to convert clients and prospects
  • Contributing toward the strategic development and execution of the Client Solutions UK business plan

What we expect
The successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the financial services industry.
Key attributes will include:
  • University degree
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in investment management, financial services or consulting
  • Strong project management skills and ability to drive multiple processes simultaneously
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills and a strong desire to learn and succeed
  • Ability to problem solve with a client-focused mindset within challenging deadlines
  • Ability to take ownership and responsibility
  • Proven design skills and creativity to create leading presentations
  • Excellent skills in both spoken and written English
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Powerpoint
  • Knowledge of private markets is an advantage
