About the Role

As a Strategic Accounts Assistant in our Life and Investments division, you’ll provide sales, marketing, and administrative support to a team of highly skilled and experienced Life Risk professionals. In addition, you’ll provide dealer group assistance through the provision of high-quality office-based phone and email support.
In this role, you’ll set appointments for the Strategic Account Managers, preparing all collateral required and travel coordination. You will also provide administration support for business development activities and campaigns, including the support, review, and editing of tenders and the coordination of conferences and sales meetings. You will also be responsible for reporting and insights and ensure the team stay across budgets and cost centre activity.

Important to your success

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced team assistant role, ideally within financial services.
  • Ability to build rapport and develop healthy working relationships with a range of clients and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • A strong eye for detail, effective communication, a solutions driven approach and a customer focus.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to identify trends and develop insights.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
