  • Develop and establish new accounts in the end user market under supervision of sales manager.
  • Conduct investigation on potential application of Enerpac products and services to increase sales to existing and new customers.
  • To actively follow the market price development, competitor activities etc. with regular feedto the sales team and management.
  • To prepare customer call plans, visit reports and follow up actions, for all customer visits.
  • Manage and cooperate distributors.
  • Provide Enerpac products/solution demonstration and handle simple technical support.
  • Participate in the HSE management and activities in order to achieve Goal Zero.

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Specify the educational background, qualifications and experience which would typically be required to perform this job fully and effectively.
Education background/Qualifications:
  • College degree or above, major in Machining or Engineering

Working experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience for industry products. hydraulic tooling is a plus.
  • Sound knowledge or understanding of Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, metallurgy, Power Plant, new energy or offshore engineering would be a plus.

Skills:
  • Honest and integrity.
  • Result driven, can work under pressure to achieve targets.
  • Good teamwork, excellent communication, and presentation skills.
  • Can working with key internal/external stakeholders flexibly.
  • Workable English.
  • Able to travel frequently.

Working Location:
  • This position primarily will in charge of Shandong market, prefer candidate live in Qingdao or Ji’nan.>
