Job Description Summary:
We are looking for a passionate, business driven marketer to work on the exciting, fast-growing Unsweetened Tea category. This is a unique offer to shape the future success of Coca-Cola as it continues the journey to become a total beverage company.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Build the Business: manage the new Unsweetened Tea brand, Authentic Tea House in China, which plays the role to lead the expansion of the double-digit growing Unsweetened Tea category and achieve company's vision to become No.1 in Unsweetened Tea; closely monitor and analyze changes in the marketplace so as to identify gaps and opportunities and react quickly via new product concepts, or brand/flavor/package extensions on existing brands.
  • Build the brands: develop comprehensive understanding of the brand’s consumer base, their attitudes and behaviors so as to formulate the appropriate integrated consumer marketing and communication programs which will enhance brand imagery and deliver the appropriate change in consumer attitudes and consumption behaviors; have a strong grip of operational drivers for the brands/category and brands performance across these drivers so as to influence the bottler to address any issues and opportunities which is impacting the respective brands overall performance.
  • This will also require cross-functional work with Creative, IMX, Frontline Marketing, Customer Commercial and Franchise, Finance, Technical and R&D, bottler marketing and sales teams.
  • Keep a finger on the pulse of consumers, customers, and market. Constantlymeasure business performance and marketing effectiveness. Influence the system to action with speed.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years working experience in FMCG Marketing is preferred
  • Great written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English as well as presentation skills/storytelling
  • Experience in development and execution of brand strategies and business plans, especially for new brands in the market
  • Experience in working in large multi-functional and cross-geography teams
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
  • Budget planning and management experience
