Here’s some of the other things you can look forward to in your first rotation in Group Communications and Group Compliance:

  • Daily activities of the Corporate Communications team relating to internal as well as external communication

  • Daily activities of the Group Compliance team relating to Code of Conduct Compliance

  • Cooperating with colleagues to draft articles from the Hempel organisation for our intranet and social media - We expect you to have eye for the good story

  • Assisting us with developing the annual communications wheel and tools, personalising messages to promote our Code of Conduct and ensuring all Hempel colleagues globally receive the message that is exactly right for them

  • Optimizing our intranet and working on the strategy as well as the execution of a state-of-the-art intranet structure

  • Playing a key role in preparing presentations and speaking notes to our senior and executive managers

  • Driving and developing the content and reporting of our internal stories and social media activities

The content for your next two rotations will be defined and adjusted to your progress.

In Group Branding & Communications and Group Compliance, a team of ten colleagues is ready to welcome you on board.

Your home base will be at our office in Kgs. Lyngby. Your position is global, so you get a six-month placement abroad in Darwen close to Manchester, UK. Here you will join our Brand & Communication team. You’ll experience life and work in other cultures. You’ll build a global network of like-minded lighthouse leaders – ready to take Hempel to another level.

  • You have graduated with a Master’s degree within the last two years or will graduate from university or business school no later than 1 September 2021.
