HPE Communication and Media Solutions (CMS) Business is reestablishing itself in the market as a growth engine for HPE corporate. CMS delivers world-class technical management solutions for Telecommunication providers. The solutions are based on HPE CMS Products developed by the CMS R&D department.
Currently CMS R&D is looking for software developer graduates in Denmark to strengthen the team working on CMS Orchestration products, in this case HPE’s best-in-class software for intent-based orchestration, Service Director (SD).
Design and development is done using Agile principles, utilizing modern technology and structured tools for in order to achieve high velocity and good quality.
The candidate will be part of international team spread across Spain, India, China, France and Denmark. Teams are organized using SCRUM principles.
The job has lots of interactions in a dynamic and friendly environment, physically or virtually. Your colleagues all have in-depth interest in technology and putting it to work. It is important to be able to cope with a high work pace while remaining flexible and positive towards team members and customers. All team communications and documentation is done in English.
The candidate will be responsible for all activities related to designing, implementing and testing new features for the product, and to communicate with HPE delivery teams, support organization, etc. for those features. Senior members will guide your work, but you are expected to assume increased responsibility as your knowledge and experience grows.

Education and Experience Required:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent, completed withing the last 12 months.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Solid problem solving and analytical skills
  • Solid experience with Java development
  • Solid experience with Linux/Unix
  • Experience with an RBMS (for example Oracle or Postgresql Database)
  • Experience with Build tools: E.g. maven
  • Experience with IDEs (Integrated Development Environment): E.g. Eclipse or IntelliJ
  • Must be self-directed, resilient and creative
  • Danish and English language, oral and written
