Overview of the Role

  • Ensure we are making progress and delivering against out end-to-end compliance commitments through Centralized OD&T Oversight and Reporting
  • Increase structure and transparency around the on-going efforts to proactively identify, assess, report and mitigate risk across regions and domains.
  • Facilitate decision-making and prioritization across risk-based decisions to further determine where control monitoring activates are needed and where resources / time should be spent to mitigate risks.
  • Define a set of desired values and behaviors, align culture with strategy and processes, and connect culture and accountability.
  • Manage issues and PM-like tasks in partnership with Domain and Region governance and control coordinators. Focus on addressing Overdue issues while enhancing control activities to remediate Coming Due (<=90day) pipeline
  • Escalation of issues for exceptions; Analysis for decision making on tradeoffs and priorities

  • Internal Audit (IA)
  • Governance and Control
  • Information Security (IS)
  • Continuity of Business (CoB)
  • Third Party Management (TPU)
  • Incident Management
  • Records Management
  • Training Compliance
  • Independently managed projects / programs as needed

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
  • Strong knowledge of operations and technology (At least 5 years of experience in Technology functions)
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, influence, organization, and communication skills required
  • Knowledge and experience with the full systems and software development life-cycle
  • Advanced MS Office, particularly PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Demonstrated project management and decision making skills
  • Knowledge of risk and controls, and understanding of business drivers & strategies
  • Capacity to balance both short and long-term issues effectively and handle many simultaneous and often conflicting priorities
  • Ability to relate effectively up, down, and across the organization
  • Ability to simplify complex IT information and design clear, value focused messages to a variety of audiences under tight timeframes
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
