The individual will provide support on a variety of engineering tasks within the Design group. Responsibilities may include the manipulation/creation of 3D part models in our current graphics software. Participate with a team of designers in developing conceptual, preliminary, and detailed designs of gas turbine engines; assist the engineer responsible for design configuration; cost, weight, and producibility requirements; participate on multidisciplinary product teams to develop and produce new hardware or to improve existing hardware; supporting design reviews and provide technical support to field issues. Good communication skills and team player are key qualities to possess.
Do you meet these Basic Qualifications?
- You're in an accredited undergraduate or graduate engineering degree program.
- Fields of study: Engineering
- You will have at least 30 credits prior to starting your internship
- You have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
