Description:This position is in support of the Strategic Workforce Development and Engagement team for Engineering and Technology at LM . Projects will focus on advancing programs targeted at early and mid-career technical and leadership development. In this role you'll develop your skills in project management and gain experience collaborating with and presenting your work to audiences including new employees up through high levels of leadership. This role is ideal for students with prior internship experience who have an interest in expanding their experience in leadership, mentoring, and program management.
Basic Qualifications:Pursuing a college degree in a technical major.
This position requires special access to support the program and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.
- Interest in work related to technical career development, mentorship, or continuing education
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to exhibit professionalism in the presence of senior leadership
- Prior internship experience in an engineering or similar technical profession preferred
