Job description/missionIn the function you will work in a decentralized international environment. You mission will be to develop, improve, maintain the digital processes in order to contribute to the efficiency of the organization using following action areas:
- Continuous improvement of the current processes/systems in our portfolio with all stake holders (Division, Product Companies and Service organizations)
- Process assessments on site of current system to look for opportunities to improve the way of working.
- Coordinate new developments by preparing specifications (user interface, implementation, process…) and follow up with internal/external development teams.
- Roll out by training the organization and maintain the competence database.
- Follow up by generating KPI and dashboard (to be used in the organization) to visualize adoption.
- You will be point of contact within the organization.
- You autonomously drive your project(s) yet equally understand when to escalate.
Experience requirementsMinimum basic technical knowledge and experience with service-oriented systems and processes.
A background in technical support or service operations
Ability to work in a global environment
Experience with functional/technical analysis of software, affinity to programming and user interface, capable of writing clear specifications.
KnowledgeA good knowledge of English is a must.
Affinity and understanding of IT applications is essential.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, Reporting tools.
Educational requirementsThe ideal candidate has a university degree in applied or commercial Engineering, business administration or information technology (IT)
