Air Liquide Malaysia was registered as an independent company in May 2007. Missions and Responsibilities

Mission/Project: Assist to Achieve HSEQ Excellence 1. Introduction to ALM (Month 1) - Air separation process and backup system - Air gas filling process - Analyser & Gas Chromatography - Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) overview - Life-Saving Rules - Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (LMS) - Pressure Safety (LMS: BLLI-PSA-EN-Pressure Safety Awareness-IN-TQ-COM-009) - Cryogenic Liquid Hazards (LMS: BLIM-EN-Safety for Cryogenic Applications) - Cylinder Handling (LMS: BLIM-EN-Safety: Cylinders and associated risks) - Introduction to Industrial Management System (IMS) (LMS) 2. Site Visit (during HSEQ meeting) - Poly Gas - Melaka - Hanwha Q CELLS - ON Semiconductor 3. ISO 9001:2015 implementation for Poly Gas (February - August 2019) 4. Internal Audit for ISO 9001:2015 QMS (April - July 2019) 5. Deploy Relevant GT-PR-ELS Requirements (March - December 2019) -Assist in reviewing GT-PR-ELS and establish into ALM CP-QMS using ALSg procedure as reference. -Assist in getting support from ALSg and EL WBL for gap analysis and closure. -Follow up on actions closure and updates with Industrial Manager and EL Facility Managers. 6. Compliance to Food and Pharma Product Requirements (May - December 2019) 7. Safety Day / HSE Award Preparation (March - April 2019) 8. Centralised Database for Industrial Permits (March - June 2019) 9. Work Activities Risk Assessment (July - September 2019) 10. Establishment of ALM CP-HSE & CP-IMS (October - November 2019) 11. Security (June 2019) - Review site security management for critical sites as per AL Site Security Guidelines. 12. Other Tasks (February - December 2019) - Assist Document Control Coordinator (DCC) in registration of facilities procedures and forms. - Customers QMS questionnaire compilation. - Assist in preparation of monthly QMS Updates slides. - Follow up on monthly Quality Objectives Performance updates with ISO certified facilities. - Assist in preparation of HSEQ meeting materials and minutes of meeting.

Competencies and Profile

Requirements: Possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Science (any field) or Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). Base in Petaling Jaya head office. Willing to travel to other sites (Shah Alam, Melaka) occasionally - Do not need to possess own transport. 1 internship position from MARCH 2019 onwards for 3 to 6 months. Malaysia
