Who You’ll Be Working With:

Evolent Health is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to be a key member of the Talent Team. This individual will play a critical role in executing Evolent Health’s mission by contributing to the employer brand on social media and owning the candidate experience. What You'll Be Doing:
  • Ensure an environment where customer service is a priority and that each candidate has an exceptional experience
  • Schedule and coordinate communication for candidates
  • Facilitate onsite interviews and video conferences
  • Develop and maintain systems to create a positive candidate experience.
  • Partner with the Accounts Payable department to ensure candidate travel is paid for, etc
  • Active candidate sourcing on social media outlets and posting jobs.
  • Contribute to Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn weekly content and initiatives.
  • Aid the Talent Team in the creation of programs to support and build Evolent’s culture.
  • Work with internal Executive Assistants to creatively maneuver around busy schedules.

The Experience You Need (Required)

  • You're a problem solver, and never satisfied with the status quo
  • You're ok with change, things change regularly and the ability to flex is a must
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Finishing Touches (Preferred):

  • You have 1+ year(s) of working as a recruiting coordinator or in a corporate environment.
  • You're looking to build a long term career in recruiting
