This position is part of the team, whose main tasks are: Collecting data from various teams in all aspects of customer service within SSO services, data analysis and report generation; Automation of extracting statistics from different systems and databases; Cooperation with internal and external clients and other SSO teams, in Poland and abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting and analysing data provided by teams located in Poland and in the region;
  • Co-operating with other Citi teams and units in the performance of their duties;
  • Timely preparation and delivery of reports to clients and management;
  • Help with the preparation of tools to improve data extraction and statistics generation;
  • Performing control functions, verifying the correctness of collected data;
  • Understanding all dependencies, business relationships and relationships between teams / sections / departments within the end-to-end process;
  • Timely answer to all job-related inquiries by maintaining an adequate level of business correspondence;
  • Team support in non-standard / non-standard situations requiring extensive knowledge and experience;
  • co-operating with other Citi teams and units in the performance of their duties;
  • meeting the quality requirements;
  • Identifying and reporting gaps and risks in the process and helping to prepare solutions for eliminating them;
  • Noting inefficiencies in your area and developing changes in this area;
  • Creating and updating procedures in accordance with Citi standards;
  • Support of projects within the team and active participation in projects at the departmental level reported. By superiors, clients, other teams and CITI units with regular status information to the project superiors / sponsors;
  • Training other team members
  • Knowledge and application of the principles and values ​​of Citi's organizational culture in daily work;
  • Participation in audits, business meetings and teleconferencing;


  • 1 year of experience in corporate environment
  • Financial knowledge
  • Very good knowledge of Excel (Acess, VBA)
  • University degree in economics, finance, management, big data, technology, or related field,
  • Reliability, problem solving, willingness to work under pressure,
  • High analytical skills,
  • High level attention to detail as well as seeing the big picture,
  • Ability to shape and improve processes.
  • Strong English (both spoken and written) skills are a must,
