PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Platform Solution and Enablement team defines and enables the technical roadmap for the Intelligent Data & Analytics organization (IDA). As part of that, we provide fundamental communication, enablement and onboarding strategies to ensure scalability throughout the organization.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

We are looking for a Working Student to support the overall design and execution of enablement & communication programs.
Tasks will include:
  • Create enablement materials (e.g. Videos, E-Learnings)
  • Create a regular Newsletter
  • Maintain internal Wiki pages
  • Reporting
  • Overall Communication and Project Management support

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
  • Currently enrolled as a student at a university or university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields: Business Administration, Social Science, Communications, Learning & Education or anything similar
  • Microsoft Office, Experience or keen interest to learn Camtasia or iMovie, Adobe Illustrator
  • Very good command of spoken and written English
  • Excellent team working and communication skills
  • Open-minded personality and a solution based approach to problem solving
  • Independent working style
  • Experience in the area of enablement and communications is an asset

As a working student, you should be available for 12-20 hours per week and preferably for 6 months or longer. You will be a fully integrated team member, and work independently on your projects. We look forward to receiving your application!
