Role Description

As a Treasury Operations Analyst at Dropbox, you will oversee the company’s Treasury objectives across cash, investments and foreign exchange. You'll collaborate daily with internal teams as well as Dropbox’s external banking partners. In this role, you will report to the Head of Corporate Treasury and will be a key member of the Treasury team. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the treasury management system (TMS)
  • Serve as the primary e-banking contact cross-functionally
  • Monitor company-wide cash levels daily
  • Build out and maintain documentation for systems integrations and electronic payments
  • Maintain compliance with SOX and internal policies
  • Monitor bank counterparties and propose appropriate counterparty exposures
  • Assist in monitoring Dropbox's global intercompany loan portfolio
  • Support the development and execution of funding plans for various legal entities
  • Support internal/external audit requirements and reporting
  • Support administration of the Capital Lease program
  • Track meaningful market news (FOMC announcements, counterparty credit ratings, etc.)
  • Perform ad hoc analyses

Requirements

  • 2+ years relevant experience on a Corporate Finance team, preferably in Corporate Treasury
  • Experience with Kyriba and banking portals preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • Top performer that is willing to dive into the details, and looking to gain experience and grow finance related experience
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, but comfortable with ambiguity
  • Exceptional ability to analyze financial data and clearly communicate results
