To support our sales activities, we are looking for a intern to the RFP and Competitor Analysis team within the Institutional & Wholesale (I&WD) commercial division.

Your future responsibilities

You’ll join a multilingual team of 20+ people supporting the sales activities of the I&WD unit. The department, based in Luxembourg, is the knowledge center for all investment-related matters (markets, products, competition).
In this role you are in constant contact with our investment professionals being the internal asset management boutiques based mainly in the Nordic region or external asset managers spread across the world.
What you’ll be doing:
  • Produce RFPs (Request for proposal) for our international Institutional & Wholesales Distribution (IWD) Clients
  • Develop and maintain pre-sales marketing documents such as pitch book, monthly update etc. to best support our Salesforce efforts and meet clients’ expectations
  • Establish and maintain good network with Sales, Portfolio Managers, Product Managers and other stakeholders involved in the RFP and Product Marketing process
  • Perform the funds and asset classes’ analysis by making quantitative and qualitative comparison against our competitors
  • Assist in handling any incoming direct requests from clients or Sales in a timely fashion and quality

Your profile and background:
  • Fluency English, any other language considered as an advantage
  • Currently studying business related studies or graduated no more than 4 months ago
  • Genuine interest for investment and market related topics
  • Good team player to support sales team & company objectives
  • Organized and detail oriented
