Being an E-commerce and DigitalGraduate
We offer you a two-year programme where you will have 4 rotations: two in the digital department and two in our e-commerce department. Therefore, this position will provide you with comprehensive knowledge of many different aspects such as developing new digital concepts, business development, project management, sales and marketing for our web shops: Bilka.dk, Føtex.dk and Wupti.com.
In each rotation, you will have a central position with clear responsibilities for assigned tasks. Your assignments will cover a full range of tasks from hands-on execution of functional tasks to strategic analyzes, follow-up on activities, support to the management team and project participation. The flow and content of the rotations will be prioritized according to your interests and background, the business’s needs and to ensure your future development.
In E-commerce and Digital, we strive to establish a close collaboration between our graduates. So besides being a part of a team in each rotation – you will also take part in our graduate team where you will be able to learn and get support from our current graduates.
We are looking for the right mix of personal and professional skills. If you can identify yourself in the skills outlined below, then you might be our next E-commerce and Digital Graduate.
- You have recently graduated or are about to graduate with a master’s degree well above average within ITKO, Cand.merc, business administration or similar.
- You have relevant work experience either gained during your studies or you have up to a maximum of one year’s full time experience after your graduation.
- You have excellent language skills in English - fluent both spoken and written - and international experience through work or studies is an advantage.
- You are ambitious and goal oriented, highly motivated and committed to succeed.
- You have a natural interest in and understanding of the latest trends and tendencies combined with an analytical, international mind-set, good numeracy skills and you work well under pressure.
- You work in a structured manner, you meet your deadlines and you thrive in a role with many different stakeholders.
- You have good communicational skills and an open mind allowing you to work and communicate with colleagues in many departments and on various levels of the company.

Being a Graduate at Salling Group
We will make sure we challenge you from day one and give you the opportunity to use your theoretical knowledge and transform this into operational skills by giving you daily tasks and project work with clear responsibilities for deliveries and deadlines. Throughout the programme, you will participate in different learning modules together with graduates from other functional areas.

During the programme, you will be based at Salling Group’s headquarters in Aarslev near Aarhus.
Salling Group uses analysis and profiling tools as part of our recruitment and assessment process. If we find your background and application interesting we will invite you to take part in the assessment for the graduate position.
On the basis of application, profile and tests results, final candidates will be invited to participate in a Salling Group Case Competition on 8th February 2019 in the evening.
