They should develop the process with the product request and further capable to fine tune the process for better product performance. Key Qualifications


  • Experienced with Photolithography process and equipment handling.
  • Experienced with color resist and organic material.
  • Have material survey and evaluation experience for production line.
  • Nice to have simulation experience on optical or lithography field.
  • Required basic knowledge of display (TFT-LCD, OLED etc.) concept and manufacturing.
  • Experienced with fab running mode and design rule definition.
  • English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and willing to take challenge to new technology.


Description


As a Process Engineer, you will need to optimize the Inspection process and fine tune the parameters to fulfill the development of advanced display. - Work closely with the Apple teams in different regions and Apple industrial partners worldwide to develop the new panel device that enable the best display performance of products. - Organic material evaluation and come out the criteria. - Trouble-shooting between RD-level and production-level application. - Photo process fine tune for new product development and mass production.


Education & Experience


Normally requires MS degree in Chemistry, Chemical engineering, Material Science or Optics, better to have photo lithography process experience in panel factory or foundry.
