Your Responsibilities

  • Handling Reimbursements tasks​

  • Handling 1st line and 2nd line customer inquiries via C4C or other CRM system ​

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone​

  • Providing guidance to customers for using Zalaris’ tools and services​

  • Administrating Zalaris' portal related updates​

  • Producing employment related documents​

  • Working with Right-shoring and process improvements​


  • Fluent written and spoken​ English and Danish languages​
  • Good knowledge of MS Office​
  • Customer service drive​
  • Great communication and cooperation skills​
  • Stress resistance and punctuality​
  • High sense of responsibility​
  • Flexibility and focus on efficient team work​
