VP - Market Risk and Stress Testing Business Analyst hos Citi

Market Risk and Stress Testing Lead Analyst is responsible for managing Technology Deliveries with the IT Program Delivery Office (ITPDO). Role involves contributing towards defining the technology target state and leading technology projects that will allow the FIRM to reach the target state. Analyst will be responsible for writing business requirements for Market Risk and Stress Testing, as well as conducting testing and leading the project management.


  • Work with Market Risk and Capital and Stress Testing to document Business Requirements
  • Facilitate technology deliveries (no development experience required)
  • Participates in implementation management for strategic initiatives, technology portfolio budget management in coordination with Global Functions Technology (GFT), project support, as well as communications and policy management across Finance and Risk.
  • Assists in managing the end-to-end program tracking, reporting and implementation processes, communications and policies, as well as resource Planning and financial oversight (including staff and technology budgets).
  • Contributes to implementation of common data and data standards, common processes and integrated technology platforms
  • Enables a foundational reporting infrastructure across Citi businesses and global functions by ensuring consistency within Finance and Risk
  • Advises on directional strategy by analyzing subject matter and its application in own job and the business.
  • Acts as a technical expert who acts as an advisor on significant business/product decisions
  • Implements policies and procedures.
  • Performs other duties and functions as assigned
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

  • General knowledge of investment banking and products
  • Knowledge of Market Risk
  • Knowledge of Stress Testing, e.g. Internal Stress Testing or CCAR
  • 6-10+ years of relevant experience, within the financial services industry preferred
  • Ability to write business requirements and document projects plans is preferred

  • Bachelors/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
