You have the opportunity to become a part of a dedicated team, which prepares financial analyses and gives transaction advice to national and international companies across both corporates and private equity firms.
In our line of work, we prepare the financial due diligence in relation to mergers and acquisitions. We ensure that our clients get the best insight into the financial foundation, so they can evaluate the company they wish to buy or sell. We are a strong and social team with great diversity in terms of education, nationality and gender, but all have a passion for financial analyses and advising clients. As a new joiner you will be part of an introductory period, where you will be introduced to our overall work-methods. Furthermore, you will after a short time of employment join a Nordic introductory course, which usually takes place in Toledo, Spain. The course is for all new started Analysts in the Nordic countries and will therefore provide you with an opportunity to quickly develop a network in the Nordics.
Your key responsibilities
As an analyst you will in collaboration with a motivated team prepare financial analyses and reports, which help clients preparing for buying and selling companies. In your daily work you will in collaboration with your team help giving the client the best advice. Furthermore, you will participate in meetings with clients and other advisers in order to help the client succeed in the mergers and acquisition. In the daily work you will work with a range of tools including excel, power point and analytics tools to be able to deliver the best advise to our clients.
Through formal and informal training, we help you developing the necessary competencies. We wish to help you succeed in reaching your full potential. Therefore, you will get a counsellor, who in collaboration with you will focus on your development and you will also get a buddy, who will make sure that you get a great start in EY.

To qualify for the role you must have
- An understanding of numbers and financials
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Ended your master degree in 2021 or have 1-2 years of relevant work experience
