The Automation Project Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for leading projects to implement new automated solutions related to Citi's internal Identity & Access Management Services. Key responsibilities also include developing a line of sight on the automation service management processes by looking at historic trends, analyzing root causes & working with the appropriate stakeholder group for resolution.
As an Automation Project Analyst you will:
  • Act as a member of a globally distributed organization that strives for automation implementations across all selected applications, products
  • Coordinate new automation projects with our technology partners end to end from case selection until implementation
  • Develop automation project schedules based on resource (budget / labor) availabilities, key milestones & forecast implementation dates & benefits
  • Ensure the availability of technical resources that are prerequisites for above activities
  • Ensure all the necessary sign offs are obtained before moving applications, systems to production
  • Find better ways to overcome testing and implementation challenges and improve sustainability of operation
  • Coordination of execution of all automation maintenance, enhancement and bug fixes
  • Act as an escalation point to drive resolution for chronic / recurring or high severity automation related incidents & problems
  • Periodically review automation portfolio & perform continuous improvement activities with partner teams based on identified root causes validated with data
  • Assists service delivery on establishing an automation culture into the day-to-day operation
  • Creation, maintenance and quality assurance for automation related documentations
  • Complete understanding of end to end automation governance framework
  • Analyse current automation solutions, understand changing business needs, and propose strategies for the enhancement and/or migration to new Automation framework

Ideal background
  • Fluent English knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree or higher desired
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience either in IT or related field experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Project Management with particular focus on Automation
  • ITIL Foundation (Practitioner level is advantage)
  • Strong understanding and experience with smart automation solutions, including but not limited to Automation Anywhere, Workfusion, Oracle Identity Manager & Identity IQ
  • Strong understanding of enterprise Service Management principles and configuration management
  • Proven track record on analytical and problem solving skills; dependability and commitment to projects/tasks
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills required
