Entity and activity description

As part of the Air Liquide Group, Global E&C Solutions Germany GmbH is an affiliate of Air Liquide S.A., the world leader in gases, technologies and services for Industry and Health.
Air Liquide Engineering & Construction builds the Group’s production units (mainly air gas separation and hydrogen production units) and provides external customers with efficient, sustainable, customized technology and process solutions. To provide customers with the gases required for their industrial production, Air Liquide engineers have developed innovative proprietary technologies. The Group designs and constructs gas production units, from the feasibility study stage through to the delivery of the complete installation, for its own use or for sale to customers who prefer to insource their gas requirements. Air Liquide complies with the increasingly strict safety, reliability and competitiveness requirements of Air Separation Units and hydrogen units.
Air Liquide Global E&C Solutions Germany is one of the main engineering centers and has interaction with all the other engineering and manufacturing centers and hosting the global E&C Organisation.

Missions and Responsibilities

You will be part of the GF-HR, reporting to the Director Resource Management and HR Projects.
Mission and Assignments will be in the areas of:
  • Compensation, Benefits, and Reward systems,
  • Talent and competency management,
  • HR Data and Digital,
  • Resourcing and Efficiency programs.

Competencies and Profile

  • Master, or MBA degree;
  • Highly conversant with spreadsheets and well versed with handling large amounts of data;
  • Experience / knowledge of visualization tools like Power BI;
  • Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills;
  • Language required: english (mandatory)

          Position based in Frankfurt (Germany), for an initial 12 months period, renewable.
