Our 2020 summer Intern will work in the Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) System Design & Component Integration group. This job would involve providing support for any of the following activities: Duties would involve but not limited to providing support for any of the following activities: Work with Engine Center to ensure on time production delivery. Build finite element models, perform analysis, and determine acceptability to criteria. Conduct mechanical and functional integration activities across various APU engines. Evaluation of Hardware Nonconformance. Provide support to supply chain fabrication facilities. Perform root cause investigation on failed hardware.
This internship is located at our Jupiter Florida Facility.
Do you meet these Basic Qualifications?
- US Citizenship is required due to government contracts.
- You're in an accredited undergraduate or graduate engineering degree program.
- Fields of study:Engineering
- You will have at least 30 credits prior to starting your internship
- You have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Starting Junior year minimum
