We are looking for another Customer Service Specialist (temporary contract) to join our proactive team which is based in Moscow, Russian Federation. Together we try to meet our customers' needs by working with their orders and inquiries. A typical day at work:Your main responsibility within a team would be to work with the client's database from one side and to coordinate the stock of goods from another. You would process the orders, complete and check shipping documents, answer clients' inquiries by phone and email. Together with receiving the claims you would prepare return orders and all necessary documents.

- University degree.
- Min 1 year experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Purchasing.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel is a must).
- Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
