Your open invitation to influence Danish Crown and to become a future leader
Through hands-on experience and leadership training, you will sharpen your business acumen and improve the qualities needed to become a leader. You will also attend regular training and workshops with your fellow graduates and improve your abilities within areas such as project management, presentation techniques, lean-thinking, supply chain and group dynamics.
Throughout your rotations, you will play a significant and influential part in ongoing projects in your business unit. Doing so, you will gain valuable experience with project management as well as stakeholders ranging from farmers to food producers and consumers.

The Danish Crown Group is in the midst of an exciting strategy period where focus is on growth and innovation. We have promised our owners – the farmers – a significant increase in yields. This calls for clever leadership and business skills as well as strong cooperation and team spirit across the Group.
Danish Crown is on a journey where we are moving up the value chain and working closer together with customers and consumers. For this, we need graduates for whom sustainability and making a difference in the world is important.
Three rotations and plenty of international experience
Joining a group of graduates at Danish Crown, you will support, help, guide and challenge each other. In the two-year programme, you will be on either our Business Leadership track or Production Leadership track. In both, you will experience three rotations of eight months each. Working in three different departments, which could include Sales, Marketing or Supply Chain across three different Danish Crown business units.
At least one of your three rotations will be abroad in either e.g. the UK, China, Poland, Sweden or Germany. In the programme it is important to have rotations in three different functions as well as going abroad because this will broaden your business acumen and strengthen your profile as a future leader in Danish Crown where cross-functional leadership skills are highly valued. We will take your preferences into account when choosing location and department as well as support you with day-to-day practicalities like housing and networking.

Fast track career opportunities with two graduate tracks
The Graduate Programme offers two leadership tracks.
- Business leadership is aimed at candidates who are interested in management and business leadership in a more general sense. For example, you may wish to head up a sales team even though you’re not trained in this field. As a business graduate, you will be solving tasks that are critical to our business. We expect you’re keen to take the lead and enjoy learning from others
- Production leadership is aimed at candidates who wish to become leaders at one of our production sites. To qualify for this track, you must have an interest within production and could have for example a degree in engineering, animal/food science, business or something else. As a production graduate, you will be solving tasks that are critical to our daily operations. For this track, we’re also looking for ambitious candidates who are keen to take the lead. And ‘learning by doing’ has to be an approach you enjoy
